The idea of the First Center was initiated by Dr. Anwar Faisal Al-Sabah in 2000 to help individuals and businesses find focused and distinguished solutions in the areas of personal, organizational and strategic development, through interventions such as leadership development, executive coaching, business consulting, project management and strategic HR services.

At the core of our work is the concept of freedom, responsibility, partnership and optimum performance.

Our expertise has unlimited territories. Together with the magical application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which we use in education, business and therapy, the First Center got its unique place in the field of training for delivering state-of-the-art training, seminars and workshops.

First Center is a registered training organization by the Civil Service Commission - Kuwait.
